Most of what we do is unglamorous. We plan carefully, build things that hold up, and stay involved long after launch. We think that is what good technology work actually looks like.
We are honest about what we can do and what we cannot. If something is not the right fit, we will say so. If a simpler approach works better, we will recommend it.
